Event Owner: The wedding couple are the “Event Owners” for the online proofing site. You will be notified by email when your photos are ready for online viewing. Please let us know if your email address changes so that we can update the Pictage website. Sharing your Images: Your photos will be available for online viewing within approximately 1 month of your wedding day. At first they will only be available for the Event Owners to see until you “release” the images. You must “release” the images in order to share them. After the images have been released, guests may sign in to view the pictures. Making Images Private: You may make any photo “private”, which means that only the Event Owners will be able to see it. Please check your “Getting Ready” images carefully to make sure you have marked any images you do not wish to share as “private”. Folders: mark your “favorite” photos by clicking the star beneath each picture. You may sort the photos into additional categories by clicking the folder beneath each picture and naming your categories. Custom Albums: We are happy to custom design a album for anyone who would like one, such as a parent, grandparent, or member of the wedding party. To create their album, we reference the “favorites” folder they have created for themselves. Ordering Prints: When ordering prints, you will have the option to change color images to black and white, and any image to sepia tone. Black and white images cannot be converted to color. First Month “2 for 1” Special: The photos will be online for three months from the date we release them to you. During the first two weeks that images are online, all print orders will receive a “2 for 1” special. We suggest that you release the images within 1 week so that guests may take advantage of this discount period. Other Specials: Our lab occasionally will email you and the guests about specials and promotions. Please make sure that emails from Pictage are not sent to your junk mail- Pictage sponsors some great deals! Because these are lab-sponsored promotions, I unfortunately cannot retroactively apply or extend any of these promotions.
